We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Business Development Director to join our team at Classy Wheeler Limited.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop New and Existing Business: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, as well as nurture existing relationships to achieve sales targets.
  • Generate Revenue and Meet Sales Quotas: Drive revenue growth by generating new leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals that meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Manage Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction, increase sales revenue, and maintain a high level of customer retention.
  • Manage Key Accounts and Develop Long-Term Business Relationships: Collaborate with key accounts to deepen relationships, identify new opportunities, and develop strategic account plans to drive growth.
Requirements:
  • A Degree or Higher with at Least 8 Years Relevant Experience: Hold a degree or higher and possess at least 8 years of relevant experience in account management, preferably in the Telco or system integrators industries.
  • Strong Sales Track Record: Demonstrate an excellent sales track record, with a proven ability to generate revenue and meet sales quotas in regional MPLS, Unified Communications, managed Video Conferencing, network optimization, managed security solutions, infrastructure integration, and other related areas.
  • Candidates with MNC Experience Will Be an Added Advantage: Candidates with multinational corporation (MNC) experience will be considered an added advantage due to their global perspective and adaptability.
  • Must Be Self-Driven, Energetic, Resourceful, and Creative: Possess the necessary skills and qualities to thrive in a fast-paced environment, including self-motivation, energy, resourcefulness, and creativity.
  • Able to Collaborate with Different Cross-Functional Teams: Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with different cross-functional teams across various units located in different countries.
  • Able to Deliver Professional Sales Presentations, Proposals, and Reports: Possess excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling you to deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
