About the Role:

Classy Wheeler Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our digital products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and evaluate user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) programs to research their effectiveness.
  • Conduct primary research to explore user behaviors and motivations, and work with teams to develop new features.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to determine the best UX/UI solutions based on customer feedback and business goals.
  • Constantly measure how designs are performing for target customers, iterate and improve those experiences as needed.
  • Analyze and solve design problems with the user in mind.
  • Create, improve, and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate ideas using these methods.
  • Present and defend design decisions in front of the team.
  • Produce final production visuals that will be implemented into the product.
  • Maintain a cohesive style guide and ensure a consistent design language is applied across all digital products.
  • Deliver improvements and high-quality solutions based on given data.
  • Responsible for research and data-driven KPIs.
  • Create prototypes that demonstrate the intended end-user experience and key interactions.
  • Collaborate closely with other UX Designers, Consultants, Product Managers, and Developers.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of UX/UI design and business analyst experience.
  • Facilitate client interactions related to design thinking workshops.
  • Comfortable applying user experience research within various design methodologies and processes (Agile, Lean UX, etc.).
  • Incorporate feedback and work closely with developers and testers on a day-to-day basis.
  • Experience in wireframing, user experience (UX), user interface design, InVision, web design, prototyping, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
  • Experience in workflow platforms like Slack, JIRA, Workfront.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Enjoy working in an autonomous, dynamic, and challenging environment.
  • Team player who enjoys fluidity, change, and flexible working arrangements.
  • Self-starter who wants to get involved, make a difference, and deliver.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies, platforms, and tools.
