About the Role

Crypto is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, User Acquisition to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive growth across our app portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive user acquisition strategy that aligns with our business objectives and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine a strategic user acquisition roadmap that drives revenue growth and optimizes return on ad spend (ROAS) across multiple markets.
  • Lead and mentor a team of acquisition specialists, providing guidance, support, and performance coaching to drive results in digital marketing and paid acquisition.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid acquisition campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop and implement app marketing strategies to drive app installs, engagement, and conversions, leveraging channels such as in-app advertising, affiliates, and mobile ad networks.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive threats in each market.
  • Drive continuous improvement in ROAS performance through data-driven insights, A/B testing, and campaign optimization strategies.
  • Foster a culture of test & learn within the acquisition team, encouraging experimentation, hypothesis testing, and iterative improvements to acquisition strategies and tactics.
  • Manage acquisition budgets effectively across markets, ensuring optimal allocation and alignment with business goals and KPIs for app marketing and paid acquisition.
  • Generate regular performance reports and dashboards to track key metrics, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, analytics, and finance, to align acquisition strategies with overall business objectives and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in user acquisition, growth marketing, or digital marketing roles, with a focus on paid acquisition and app marketing.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and optimizing ROAS across multiple markets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Experience with app marketing strategies, including app store optimization (ASO), in-app advertising, and mobile ad networks.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
