Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Estate Management or a related field;
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in the telecommunications sector, including at least 5 years focused on site acquisition projects;
  • Proficient in preparing comprehensive tender documents, technical proposals, and final project accounts;
  • Strong technical acumen and problem-solving abilities;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a keen analytical mindset;
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsible, with the ability to work independently;
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
