Role Overview:
As a key member of our UX/UI design team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our digital products and services. You will work closely with our design research team to uncover insights and develop innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the design research team to conduct user studies and synthesize research findings into actionable insights.
  • Work with product managers to understand user needs and define design requirements.
  • Translate user insights into compelling design solutions that prioritize the user experience.
  • Partner with engineers to ensure seamless design integration and a cohesive user experience.
  • Directly contribute to the design of intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
  • Champion design best practices and guidelines to maintain consistency and scalability.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and design methodologies, and share insights with the team.

Your Profile:
  • 7+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects.
  • Proficiency in user research, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate business requirements into user-centric designs.
