Our client is a global financial services firm specializing in investment banking and asset management.
Job Duties:
- Oversee corporate services, including managing memberships, procuring corporate goods, and handling subscriptions.
- Supervise office supplies and ensure effective stock management.
- Organize staff relocations and accommodations, including handling agreements and invoices.
- Review invoices and efficiently process payment requests.
- Support data compilation and report preparation.
- Provide logistical support for internal company events and meetings.
- Assist and provide backup for the Workplace team as needed.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Higher Diploma in a relevant discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in an administrative position within the financial sector.
- Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and well-organized, with the ability to work independently while adjusting to shifting demands and priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on customer service.
- A positive demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients, business lines, and support functions.
- Resourceful and adaptable, able to excel in a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
- Immediate availability is strongly preferred.
