  • Provide administrative support to the assigned department
  • Manage calendars and conference calls, make appointments, book conference rooms, organize meetings
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Invoice and expense processing including report preparation using SAP Concur
  • Perform personal assistant functions to senior management staff if needed
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree or above
  • 3-6 years of team administrative support experience in a fast-paced multinational financial institution
  • Proficient level knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
