Our team stretches across 5 countries and is composed of 450+ amazing employees, and we’re still growing In 2021 we raised $16m in Series A funding to continue our exponential growth, with ambitious goals and objectives in place for 2022.

What you'll do:Go-To-Market Strategy:
- Conduct market research with GTM strategy for the Chinese market.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the product tech team on Chinese market localization projects.
- Work closely with the sales and product teams to improve conversion rates.
- Analyze campaigns and data to provide actionable insights for improving acquisition strategies.
- Identify opportunities for growth and explore new acquisition channels.
Paid Campaign Management:
- Lead performance marketing team and develop strategies tailored specifically for Chinese market platforms such as WeChat, Xiaohongshu, and Douyin.
- Launch, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads across multiple regions.
- Provide creative briefs and collaborate with designers to produce engaging ad assets.
SEO Strategy & Execution:
- Boost organic traffic for the Chinese market.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings for targeted keywords.
- Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and ensure on-page SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with the content team to drive SEO-friendly blogs and landing pages.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance.
KPIs:
- Lower CPA for the Chinese market.
- Improve ROI on paid campaigns and overall Chinese market.
- Increase organic traffic and search rankings for high-priority keywords.
- Deliver timely, actionable performance reports.
- At least 6-7 years experience in integrated growth marketing, ideally from an agency or B2B fintech SaaS background.
- Proven experience with market growth and deep understanding of the Chinese market.
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing campaigns on Chinese-focused platforms like Xiaohongshu, WeChat, Douyin is a MUST.
- Proven experience dealing with cross-functional teams, especially product and sales teams, to drive funnel conversion.
- Strong communication skills in both Mandarin and Cantonese.
- Strong project management and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated success in conceptualizing and executing innovative campaigns that deliver measurable impact.
- Data-driven mindset with an understanding of marketing analytics.
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese and proficient in Simplified Chinese are a MUST.
- Candidates must be proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
- Candidates based in Asia with an Asia working timezone is a MUST.
