Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Ecosystem Growth Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading business development efforts, including market planning, strategy execution, and collaboration with key stakeholders.
You will work closely with internal resources and external networks to drive growth, penetrate new markets, and build strong relationships with clients, government agencies, and associations.
- Develop localized business strategies based on market characteristics and decompose goals for segment market managers to achieve overall objectives;
- Leverage best practices to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across various market segments;
- Build and manage a list of new merchants or segment markets to drive business development and meet targets;
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to prioritize and penetrate key accounts, building strong relationships with key stakeholders;
- Participate in major business tenders and project management, ensuring successful project delivery on time;
- Provide feedback on website optimization based on market trends and customer needs;
- Partner with leaders at Group HK to ensure consistency in commercial plans and operational activities.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years' experience in Payment or financial services/retail/marketing industry;
- Experience in business strategy/sales/client management in consumer-facing online and offline retail/services industries;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in sales/BD;
- Highly analytical and strategic, with flexibility and adaptability;
- Fast learner and self-motivated, with ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Outstanding writing and verbal communication skills in both English and Cantonese, with fluency in Mandarin a plus.
