We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales-Course Consultant to join our team at Immerse Languages Institute, a leading language centre offering over 12 languages. As a Course Consultant, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a sales-oriented individual to answer inquiries, promote our language courses, and enroll new clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their language learning needs, and recommending suitable courses to meet their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing information about our language courses and services.
- Conduct needs analysis to understand clients' language learning objectives and recommend suitable courses.
- Promote language courses to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to client queries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Follow up with clients and prospects during non-working hours (including evenings and weekends) to ensure timely communication and conversion of leads.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Grade B or above in DSE English.
- Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin (conversation and typing) is essential.
- 1-2 years of sales experience in the service industry (language teaching experience an advantage).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Results-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
- Ability to work 5.5 days a week and be available to follow up with cases during non-working hours as needed.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities.
What We Offer:
- Competitive basic salary: HKD 15,000 - HKD17,000 per month.
- Commission scheme to reward outstanding sales performance which your monthly pay could be above HKD30k.

Working Hours: 5.5 days per week (Saturdays is mandatory).
