- Reporting: Report to the Senior Finance Manager.
- Team Collaboration: Work within an accounting team of four members.
- Full Set of Accounts: Independently prepare a full set of accounts, including journal entries, accounts receivable and payable, inter-company balances, and month-end closing.
- Cash Flow Reports: Regularly prepare cash flow reports.
- Financial Statements: Prepare financial statements and management reports.
- Communication: Maintain close communication with affiliated companies overseas.
- Inventory Coordination: Coordinate periodic and year-end stock counts to ensure accurate inventory records.
- Audit Preparation: Communicate with auditors and prepare audit materials.
- Ad-Hoc Reports: Prepare ad-hoc reports as required.
- Supervision: Supervise the work of one accounting subordinate.
- Education: Tertiary education in Accounting or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of working experience in accounting or auditing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel formulations. An advantage if experience in SAP accounting system.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua is a must).
- Attributes: Strong sense of responsibility, hardworking, and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Terms & Benefits: No travel required; 5 days work; 12 days of annual leave; birthday leave; medical and dental insurance.
