  • We are looking for ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
  • Reports to : Project Director
  • Project Management : Oversee and manage assigned watch projects from initial planning through to completion.
  • Client Coordination : Communicate and coordinate with clients to ensure project management details are aligned with client expectations.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the Design team to develop and refine product designs.
  • Supplier Liaison : Negotiate and liaise with suppliers regarding the structure and feasibility of watch products.
  • Schedule Management : Ensure that project schedules are maintained and deadlines are met.
  • Progress Monitoring : Track and monitor the progress of ongoing projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Travel : Travel occasionally to China, primarily Shenzhen and Dongguan, for project-related activities.
  • Experience: 5+ years work experience in watch trading/manufacturing/sourcing offices; project management exposure is a big plus.
  • Communication : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English and Mandarin.
  • Personal Attributes : Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Business trips: Some trips to Dongguan when required.
  • Terms & benefits: 5 days work; 13 months salary guaranteed; annual performance bonus; annual leave 14 days; medical insurance.
