- We are looking for Retail Operation Manager – with details as follows :
The Job :
- We are looking for an expert in retail operation management with strong business sense to manage and drive the business.
- Responsible for the management and operation of children amusement center chain business in Hong Kong.
- Develop and execute approved business plans and brand strategies, with the aim to achieve revenue targets via quality operations, customer service, market expansion, and aggressive marketing efforts.
- Establish and manage an efficient operation team, standardize operation and customer service procedures.
- Maintain and improve the market competitiveness of the company.
- Lead Operation team of 4 members and Frontline Team of 20-30 members.
- Practical experience in retail industry and particularly in children products, family entertainment, retail and amusement park industries is a definite advantage.
- Degree holder.
- 5+ years managerial level in operations management of family/children entertainment centres, retail chain stores or related in Hong Kong.
- Expert in retail operations management with strong business sense.
Working Conditions:
- 9 hours per day.
- 8 days off per month.
- HK banking holiday.
- Birthday leave.
- Medical insurance.
- Office location: Kwai Fong.
