The Job

We are seeking an Assistant Accountant to join our finance team of four members. Key responsibilities include preparing full set accounts, journal entries, accounts receivable, lease transactions, inter-company balances, and month-end closing independently. Weekly sales, account reconciliations, and management reports will also be prepared on a regular basis. Additional tasks include bi-weekly AR aging reports, collection efforts, coordinating periodic stock counts, liaising with auditors, and preparing audit materials.

Qualifications

Candidates should hold a tertiary education in Accounting or equivalent, possess 3+ years of experience in accounting or auditing, and have knowledge of SAP. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is required. Mandarin proficiency is also necessary, along with strong English skills. A strong sense of responsibility and ability to meet tight deadlines are essential.
