Responsibilities
  1. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement.
  2. Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  3. Perform month-end closing procedures, including adjusting entries and journal entries.
  4. Prepare and distribute bi-weekly AR aging reports and collection efforts.

Requirements

  • Tertiary education in Accounting or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of working experience in accounting or auditing is preferred.
  • Knowledgeable in SAP is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel, with skills in Pivot tables and V-lookups.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.
