JUNIOR SHIPPING CLERK

• We are looking for JUNIOR SHIPPING CLERK - with details as follows:

THE JOB :

• F.5 graduate
• 1+ year shipping document experience in trading/manufacturing/sourcing office/buying offices, or equivalent
• Experience in export shipping document to overseas market like Europe or US
• Handle general shipping duties, I/E shipping documents, courier shipments, shipment booking, and transportation arrangements, shipment coordination, etc.
• Coordinate with China factories for shipment arrangement
• Coordinate with logistics service providers for shipment arrangement
• Proficient in English email communications
• Proficient in Chinese word processing
• Teamwork
• No trips are required
• Friendly work culture
