The Job :

  • Merchandising Strategy : Plan and implement merchandising strategies, understand customer behavior, collaborate with buyers, and build partnerships to drive revenues and margins.
  • Daily Duties : Perform daily merchandising duties in development and order follow-up.
  • Client Liaison : Liaise with buyers and clients to provide excellent customer service.
  • Team Communication : Communicate with the Sales Teams about product development and orders.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with manufacturers and teammates on product sourcing, development, quotations, sampling, and bulk order follow-ups.
  • Negotiation and Problem-Solving : Excel in price negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Supplier Communication : Clearly communicate with suppliers about lead times, ensuring all aspects of product compliance and quality standards.
  • Vendor and Factory Coordination : Ensure on-time delivery by communicating with vendors and factories, identifying and resolving potential problems.
  • Experience : 5+ years of merchandising experience in trims, packaging, or a related field.
  • Language Skills : Proficient in English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
  • Independent Work : Solid experience in independently following up on development and orders.
  • Travel Requirements : Possible travel to China or overseas manufacturing locations.

Terms and Benefits : 5 days work; 13 months salary plus bonus, 12 days annual leave.
