The Assistant Account Manager for Asia Travel Retail is responsible for supporting the Senior Account Manager in sales, retail presentations, account management, product assortment, and brand-building activities. The ideal candidate will quickly gain a good understanding of the business and be able to identify issues and recommend action plans. The Assistant Account Manager has strong follow-through, is solution-driven, possesses strong analytical acumen, and takes initiatives. Drive the Business- Maintain close partnership with accounts by understanding and supporting their business through store visits, market intelligence, and periodic meetings.
- Support and identify sales initiatives to further grow the business (e.g., GWP promotion, staff incentives, Exclusives launch) and be able to measure results and effectiveness.
- Develop strong business relationships externally and internally to gain support and cooperation to drive business.
- Coordinate seasonal market week timeline and appointment arrangements.
- Share key strategies and new product introductions as well as review and suggest accounts’ orders based on their door profiling.
- Closely monitor actual shipment vs. shipment plan and update shipment forecast.
- Validate and analyze regional pricing, POS & inventory data and identify risks and opportunities.
- Prepare reports and presentation decks.
- Partner with finance teams on sales updates and timely payments reconciliation.
- Closely communicate with regional area manager, VM, and Training team to ensure existing and new stores as well as store staff meet Coach Standards.
- Support new store openings: new account set-up, monitor new store checklist, and follow up with internal and external partners and vendors on deliverables.

- Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of international sales and/or account management experience, preferably with Travel Retail experience in Asia.
- Experience working with DFS and/or Taiwan travel retail accounts is a plus.
- Advanced Retail Math and Excel skills; experience with business intelligence systems is a plus.
- Superior organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and strong analytical skills.
- Positive “can do” attitude, takes initiative, is a proactive problem solver, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
- Willing to travel (around 20 - 30%).
