We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Hong Kong. You will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations, reporting to an Assistant Finance Manager.

• Maintain general ledger accounts according to Hong Kong accounting standards (HKAS)
• Prepare financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements)
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts payables/receivables
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Review and upload operational and financial data into HFM on a weekly basis to the global finance planning team
• Prepare weekly and monthly volume reports by clients
• Perform HFM closing activities on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Work with shared service team on monthly close activities, OTC invoicing on client settlement
• Prepare monthly and quarterly client settlements for key customers
• Provide monthly or quarterly transaction counts for clients and partners
• Support HK audit and work with auditors on cash flow forecast & impairment analysis
• Perform cost allocation calculation for operating expenses and key clients
• Prepare AR and PDD report and review
• Support adhoc tasks or projects

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (e.g., Finance)
• Open to fresh graduates and/or those with 1-2 years of working experience in a similar accounting role.
• Strong understanding of HKAS and Hong Kong tax regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
• Strong attention to detail, meticulous with a hands-on approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience of working in a multinational environment
