About The Role:

We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven GTM (Go-to-Market) Lead for APAC to spearhead the launch and market expansion of Aptos Labs' products and services in the region. This role is critical to the success of our product launches and market penetration efforts, ensuring that we achieve our ambitious business goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies that drive adoption and growth across the APAC region.

You will be directly responsible for:
  • Developing and executing GTM strategies for Aptos Labs' products and services across the APAC region.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Operations) to ensure seamless product launches and market entries.
  • Managing timelines, budgets, and resources for GTM activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Measuring and optimizing the success of GTM initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Working closely with the Brand and Events Lead and Partner Marketing Lead to synchronize efforts and ensure consistency in messaging and execution.
  • Overseeing KOL program management related to product launches, ensuring that influencers are effectively engaged and aligned with GTM strategies.
  • Potentially managing a Program Manager to ensure the successful execution of complex, multi-faceted GTM initiatives.
What you'll work on:
  • Collaborate with Aptos leadership and key stakeholders to craft and execute a robust GTM strategy tailored to the unique needs of the APAC region.
  • Lead the planning and execution of product launches, campaigns, ensuring that all aspects of the launch process are well-coordinated and aligned with business goals.
  • Partner with the Product and Business teams to customize Aptos's offerings to meet the specific needs of the APAC market.
  • Manage and optimize GTM resources, including budget allocation, project timelines, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the APAC market, ensuring that our GTM strategies are informed by local insights and market dynamics.
  • Monitor the performance of GTM initiatives, using data to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide strategic feedback to Aptos leadership to influence global GTM strategies and ensure regional alignment.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in go-to-market strategy, product marketing, or a related field, preferably within the Web3 or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching products, campaigns and driving market growth in the APAC region.
  • Strong strategic thinking and project management skills, with the ability to manage complex, multi-faceted initiatives.
  • Experience in managing affiliate and community channels as part of GTM campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Mandarin or another APAC language is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within the APAC region as needed to manage GTM activities and stakeholder relationships.
