Job Summary

Aptos Labs is seeking an experienced Go-to-Market Lead for APAC to lead the launch and expansion of our products and services in the region. As a key member of our team, you will develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies that drive adoption and growth across the APAC region.

Responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing GTM strategies for Aptos Labs' products and services across the APAC region.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Operations) to ensure successful product launches and market entries.
  • Managing timelines, budgets, and resources for GTM activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Measuring and optimizing the success of GTM initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in go-to-market strategy, product marketing, or a related field, preferably within the Web3 or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching products, campaigns, and driving market growth in the APAC region.
  • Strong strategic thinking and project management skills, with the ability to manage complex, multi-faceted initiatives.
  • Experience in managing affiliate and community channels as part of GTM campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
