The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of backend infrastructure, messaging systems, and be passionate about delivering timely, reliable, and personalized communication to users across different touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities- Define and maintain a clear roadmap for communication channel enhancements, including push notifications, SMS, email, and in-app messages.
- Work closely with engineering teams to design, implement, and scale the infrastructure that powers multi-channel notifications.
- Ensure the backend systems are capable of handling large-scale, real-time messaging operations, with high reliability and low latency.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure the infrastructure integrates well with existing systems, APIs, and third-party services.
- 4+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years focused on notification infrastructure or communication systems.
- Proven experience with the design and optimization of backend systems that support push notifications, SMS, email, and in-app messaging at scale.
- Familiarity with notification delivery platforms (e.g., Firebase Cloud Messaging, Twilio, AWS SNS, or similar tools).
- Experience with monitoring and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Datadog, Grafana) to ensure the reliability and performance of notification systems.
- Work in a fully regulated exchange, offering enhanced legal protection and stability in an industry that is rapidly evolving.
