Company Description
Our client would like to recruit a manager to facilitate the agency channel and the agency force on Business Development.
Responsibilities
- Report to the Head of the Agency, you will lead a small team to drive the business development strategy and initiatives.
- Gather the latest market insights to provide product advisory, sales information updates, and suggestions on product highlights and advantages.
- Advise on favourable selling solutions for the sales team to enhance growth and achieve the company's business goal.
- Serve as a key decision-maker to determine the appropriate business actions.
- Participate in sales management, agency channel development, distribution sales, and marketing strategies, and ensure compliance with best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any disciplines.
- At least 8 years of experience in the insurance agency channel within an insurance company.
- Proven track record in driving business growth through the agency channel.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and deep market insights are highly preferred.
- Solid experience with agency channel development experience has added advantages.
- Demonstrates strong ownership and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese.
