Agency Channel Growth Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team as an Insurance Sales Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our agency channel growth initiatives, developing and executing business development strategies, and driving revenue growth through the agency channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth through the agency channel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute distribution sales and marketing strategies.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including agents, brokers, and other partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- At least 8 years of experience in insurance industry, specifically in agency channel management.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and markets, with ability to analyze complex data and make informed recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
