Primary Details

Responsible for servicing all customers to achieve the objectives assigned to the team according to the Company’s business plans.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Maintain product, system and process knowledge
  • Attend relevant product and skill courses and pass on relevant points to other staff
  • Ensure timely communication with relevant stakeholders in respect to processing queries
  • Develop good working relationships with all internal customers and stakeholders
  • Process insurance quotations and new business on commercial risk
  • Provide administrative support including handling mail, recording and banking cheques, taking payments, etc.
  • Accurate input and maintenance of data in relevant systems and databases
Preferred Competencies/Skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented, well organized, and a good team player
Preferred Education Specifics

Tertiary graduate

Preferred Experience

Minimum 3+ years’ relevant working experience in administrative support/customer service function, preferably in General Insurance companies.

Preferred Knowledge

Basic knowledge of administrative processes
