Company Secretary Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Handle company secretarial work for Hong Kong and overseas companies, including company formation, maintaining statutory records, annual maintenance, and updating company registration details.
- Coordinate with external vendors to manage company secretarial, audit, and tax-related tasks; assist clients with bank account opening and MPF account operations.
- Organize and file documents; assist with internal administrative duties within the team.
- Occasionally perform external duties, such as accompanying clients to banks for account opening, submitting documents to the tax office and company registry, etc.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or higher education.
- Over 3 years of experience in company secretarial work.
- Professional qualifications in company secretarial practice are advantages.
- Familiarity with basic trust concepts; experience in trust management is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (as the primary working language).
- Good computer skills and proficiency in Chinese typing.
