Our client is one of the largest commercial banks in Hong Kong providing a wide range of banking services to a diverse customer base. They are looking for a Customer Service professional to join their call centre team to provide teleservices and handle customer enquiries.

Job duties

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers to handle their inquiries to ensure effective resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Provide multichannel customer service to both local and international clients, managing incoming calls, emails, online chats, and inquiries from diverse online platforms.
  • Identify new business prospects through cross-selling and proactive outbound calls to achieve sales targets and other business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve customer service standards
  • Work on a rotational shift basis to maintain smooth operations and provide excellent services to customers

Job requirements

  • University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related fields
  • 2 to 5 years of experience working in a call centre, customer service or teleservices in the banking industry
  • Strong knowledge of various banking products and services
  • Customer-centric mindset with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and strong Chinese typing speed
  • Preferably hold SFC Type 1 & Type 4 licenses
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must
  • Immediately available candidates are preferred
