About the Role
Empower agents sell CS business and meet and exceed sales targets
Roles and Responsibilities:
Agency Activities Management
- Communicate and establish relationship with agents support and push CS business
- Stay ahead of market development and deliver key initiatives to agents
- Provide technical and professional mentorship. to agents and prospective customers
- Provide help desk at agency offices, if applicable
- Communicate and maintain good business relationship with customers
- Provide technical and professional mentorship especially to jumbo customers
- Provide member briefing sessions and helpdesk at client offices
- Effectively supervise the sales performances of assigned agents to ensure their strategic targets such as VONB / ANP, OPAT and Excess EV Growth is met
- Provide mentorship and training to support staff
- Perform any other duties and projects as assigned
- University graduate or equivalent experience with minimum 5 years sales experience for Consultant
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience of which 4-5 years in supervisory/managerial positions for Principal
- Good product knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Able to lead a project/event independently
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Tactful interpersonal relationship
- Good presentation and team building skills
- Self-motivated and customer orientated
- You are preferred to obtain the license of Insurance Authority (IA) (Paper 1, 2, and 3) or Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA) (Paper 4)
- You are required to acquire the relevant license(s) if your job involves regulated activities
