Institutional Equity Sales

Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing new clients, especially corporate clients, PEVC clients, family offices, etc.
- Actively seek business opportunities such as share buybacks, shareholder dealings, block trades, and margin financing.
- Address client requests and inquiries, manage daily operational tasks, and ensure timely execution of all activities.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of various products offered by the company and be able to provide tailored solutions based on the specific needs of clients.
- Engage in internal and external business development activities, identify innovative and trending financial products, and raise requests to the product team.
- Demonstrate strong integrity, a sense of compliance, and a willingness to learn and grow
- Contribute to increasing the company’s brand and product awareness among various clients, as well as expanding market share and penetration
- Manage ad-hoc projects as needed.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of Equity sales/Prime brokerage sales or related experience.
- Strong client development skills. Candidates with existing client resources are preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to various requests and deadlines.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
- University degree holder preferably in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Engineering or a related field.
- SFC licensed with Type 1, knowledgeable about local regulatory and compliance requirements.
