Culture & Staff Engagement Manager - Human Resources Department

Responsibilities
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate projects
- Attend to project-related enquiries, both verbal and written
- Handle administrative tasks e.g. arranging flights and hotel accommodation, maintaining internal records and arranging meetings, etc.
- Ensure that all documents and communications are handled in line with internal privacy guidelines
- Event management and logistics coordination, including information seminars, presentation ceremony, networking activities, etc.
- Prepare reports for senior management as needed
- Work with other departments, e.g. Finance, on project-related matters
- Undertake ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Bank, or subject to business needs and requests
Requirements
- Degree/ diploma holder of relevant discipline
- At least 5 years of work experience from a renowned institution
- Independent and self-motivated with good communication, interpersonal, organizational and project management skills;
- Ability to deal with people tactfully and in an appropriate manner;
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese; and
- Proficiency in computer applications.
