Assist in planning and executing annual employee engagement and wellbeing programs and activities Coordinate cultural initiatives and campaigns within the organization to ensure that our employees connect with and understand the company’s purpose and values Contribute to company-wide communications of culture and engagement initiatives via various channels in a timely manner Provide support for key company events such as the annual town hall, large-scale staff events, and regular leadership forums Support the implementation of projects and campaigns aimed at enhancing digital employee experience  Assist in Employer Branding initiatives, including but not limited to career fairs, industry awards applications, and internship programs in close partnership with the Talent Acquisition Team Provide administrative and logistical support for various Culture & Engagement activities
Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology or a related field 1 year of experience in Human Resources, employee engagement, or similar roles; Fresh graduates will also be considered Strong passion for fostering organizational culture, employee engagement and wellbeing, and diversity & inclusion in the workplace Demonstrated creativity and innovative thinking Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese Confident in working independently and being a team-player Strong attention to detail and well-organized Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint
Experience in video content creation and visual production is a plus
