Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers in branches to provide professional insurance solutions to bank customers.
- Pro-actively drive cross-selling activities based on customer needs to optimize sales opportunities and sustain relationships with customers.
- Execute sales strategies and business plans to maximize bancassurance business.
- Conduct sales coaching, monitor sales performance, and motivate bank sales staff to attain business targets.
- Build and develop relationships with banks and their sales force.
- Ensure full compliance with banking policies and standards, industry rules, and regulations.
Requirements:
- University graduate in Finance, Business, Economics or related disciplines.
- Minimum 6 years of sales experience in bancassurance with sound knowledge of selling insurance products.
- Independent, self-motivated, results, and customer service-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and coaching skills.
- Qualified individual to carry out regulated activities in insurance, preferably with qualification in FLMI and CFP.
- Fluent in Mandarin.
