Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with Relationship Managers in branches to provide professional insurance solutions to bank customers.
  2. Pro-actively drive cross-selling activities based on customer needs to optimize sales opportunities and sustain relationships with customers.
  3. Execute sales strategies and business plans to maximize bancassurance business.
  4. Conduct sales coaching, monitor sales performance, and motivate bank sales staff to attain business targets.
  5. Build and develop relationships with banks and their sales force.
  6. Ensure full compliance with banking policies and standards, industry rules, and regulations.

Requirements:

  1. University graduate in Finance, Business, Economics or related disciplines.
  2. Minimum 6 years of sales experience in bancassurance with sound knowledge of selling insurance products.
  3. Independent, self-motivated, results, and customer service-oriented.
  4. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and coaching skills.
  5. Qualified individual to carry out regulated activities in insurance, preferably with qualification in FLMI and CFP.
  6. Fluent in Mandarin.
