Assistant Executive Officer

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above (preferably in Science disciplines) with a minimum of 1 year working experience
- Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, and be a good team player
- Disciplined, good time management, detail-minded, efficient, self-motivated, well organized, and able to work independently
- Good knowledge of databases, software and software systems, ERP systems, office, and business communication software
- Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Knowledge of Japanese is an advantage
- Occasional travel to China/Overseas is necessary
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
Job Descriptions:
- Assist in business development and handle different projects
- Manage day-to-day business activities such as arranging meetings with clients, business partners, and regional sales meetings
- Liaise with China offices and departments to follow through on projects assigned and update the progress to the executives
- Implement operational strategies and policies in compliance with corporate standards
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to management
- Collect and analyze data, compile statistics, and draft proposals/reports
- Perform other ad-hoc assignments and projects assigned by management
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain files, records, and databases in good order
