Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets in Hong Kong, China, and Macao.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships and key accounts.
- Make outbound calls and connect with new customers to grow sales for the company's products/services.
- Listen to customers and offer them the best solutions or alternatives to meet their needs.
- Use available tools and reports to plan activities that boost sales effectively.
- Follow the steps and methods laid out for each sales opportunity when interacting with customers.
- Pay attention to customers' activities and reach out to those who have stopped engaging our platform to understand why.
- Approach customers to sort out payment-related issues.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management, with a focus on the Hong Kong, China, and Macao markets.
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written Mandarin, English, and Cantonese are a plus.
- Sales-driven and motivated personality to achieve KPIs on a weekly / monthly / quarterly basis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task with attention to detail, and meet deadlines.
