Job Description

The role of the Senior Sales Representative involves generating revenues by meeting pre-set business objectives. As part of the sales team, this individual will build close and healthy relationships with existing clients, perform daily sales routines with high standards, and collect market intelligence to identify opportunities.

  • This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, agility to drive change, and a growth mindset.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
  • The ideal candidate will have exposure in the CNS market, a strong track record in sales, and be self-motivated and result-driven.
Responsibilities

This role includes:

  • Establishing and maintaining good networking with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) via marketing and scientific events.
  • Reporting to the Sales Manager/Assistant Sales Manager on operational issues and providing feasible solutions.
  • Assisting in the execution of marketing/medical-related activities in the field.
  • Providing market insight, customer insight, and competitors' insight.
  • Taking the lead or championing company projects when assigned.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Good strategic and analytical thinking.
  • A strong command of English and Cantonese.
  • Highly organized and able to perform well under pressure.
