Our client is a Hong Kong's leading creative events agency with businesses across Asia regions. To cope with their business needs, they are now hiring a Business Development Executive for their expanding team in Hong Kong.

Job Description
  • Research new sales opportunities in target industries - luxury, lifestyle, F&B, hospitality, auto, beauty, fashion, and retail.
  • Actively seek out and engage new prospects to introduce the Bespoke offering with the mind to increase the number of projects and profitability for the business.
  • Create a clear system for setting targets, tracking sales, and status reports. This system is to be updated consistently and access provided to the management team.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Supply management with monthly reports on customers' needs, problems, and competitive activity.
  • Keep across promotional opportunities and potential new products and services.
  • Maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to leads through cold calling.
Job Requirements
  • 4+ years proven work experience as a sales representative.
  • Must be fluent (spoken and written) in both Cantonese and English.
  • Familiarity with CRM practices.
  • Ability to build productive business professional relationships.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Great at prioritising, time management, and organisational skills.
