Key responsibilities

Report to the Sales Director and oversee a medium-sized team of sales and customer services professionals. Lead the Corporate Sales team including B2B Events and E-Commerce Channels Work alongside with marketing and other retail sales teams, to identify new business opportunities, while continuing to expand existing customers/ channels Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets Leverage market insights and membership database, and drive effective CRM campaigns and promotional events Lead, develop and mentor the sales & customer service team, while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Role requirements

Solid B2B sales or business development experience ideally in the FMCG Food & Beverage Products category Bachelors’ degree graduate with a minimum of 8 years’ experience, out of which at least 3 years in managerial position Exposure participating in trade fairs and organizing other corporate events ideal Driven personality with a proactive mindset and strong influencing skills Excellent communicator both oral and written; and be fluent in both English and Chinse (Cantonese and Putonghua) a must
