We're partnering with a market leader in the food sector in finding a Sales Manager for further expansion in Hong Kong targeting mainly F&B and hospitality channels of all size and market positioning (mass to premium).
Their diverse international product portfolio includes pastries and cooking ingredients used in commercial and competitions.

The individual will be responsible in managing small and large accounts in Hong Kong and business development. Additionally, collaborating with the team and the Head of Sales in formulating and driving sales strategies across Hong Kong with the team to reach their 2024 objectives and to maintain their market leader presence. This includes opening new accounts in channels that will require their products, manage and develop existing accounts and drive new product launches with Clients to ensure brand and sales objectives are met.

  • Manage respective key account on a daily business to ensure sales growth and strong relationship
  • Develop and grow relationship stakeholders to ensure long-term business relationship
  • Collaborate with Head of Sales in formulating strategies to drive and reach team objectives and sales targets (margins, profitability, revenue etc.)
  • Executive sales strategies in a timely and accurate manner to drive results and achieve objectives
  • Conduct market analysis and research to identify business opportunities and to understand the competitors landscape
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and brand presence in Hong Kong
  • Monitor and manage P&L to ensure profitability skills & experiences required.
    • Degree holder in business or related discipline
    • Minimum 3 years sales/businss development/account management experience in B2B/corporate channel is preferred
    • Preference in food solutions/HORECA channels but not a must
    • Experience in operations, sales or marketing in hospitality or F&B is also a bonus
    • Experience in food and/or beverage category is a bonus
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Relationship-oriented, team player, self-motivated
    • Result driven with strong business acumen
