Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales activities, meeting monthly performance goals, and developing new business opportunities. Your primary focus will be on selling audio-visual (AV) solutions to clients, including real estate and commercial interior design sectors. You will work closely with the Presales consultant, production, and administration teams to ensure customer satisfaction, generate gross profit, and achieve long-term business goals. Your ability to deliver sales presentations, identify opportunities, and maintain positive relationships will be key to your success.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of sales activities and work towards meeting monthly performance goals.
  • Conduct lead generation activities, arrange meetings, and follow up on client needs.
  • Develop, obtain approval for, and implement a sales plan to meet individual and business quotas and targets.
  • Collaborate with the Presales consultant, production, and administration teams to achieve customer satisfaction, generate gross profit, and achieve long-term business goals.
  • Deliver sales presentations and prepare tender documents.
  • Identify and proactively pursue opportunities in an ethical and profitable manner.
  • Prepare quotations and proposals for clients.
  • Stay updated with news related to our client segment, competitors, and relevant AV technology.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients, solicit feedback, and assist in managing any issues that arise.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with manufacturers in the AV industry.
  • Perform satisfaction checks with clients and actively seek referrals.
  • Provide solicited feedback to the management team to improve service quality.

    Work Experience Requirements:

    • Minimum 5 years of work experience in sales, preferably in business development.
    • Demonstrated track record in developing new business and acquiring new logos.
    • Some experience in selling complex AV solutions/deals is preferred.
    • Experience in real estate or commercial interior design selling is welcome.
