Business Development Manager

For our Client from the beauty sector, we are looking for a Business Development Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Taking charge of the entire sales cycle, encompassing client acquisition and finalizing sales transactions;
- Actively acquiring customers in the Beauty retail and wholesale segment
- Building long-term relationships, creating proposals, negotiating cooperation terms, and tailoring presentations to meet client needs;
- Managing the customer database and continuously expanding the product portfolio;
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements for the distribution of beauty products in the local market.
- Managing relationships with key clients involving executing the sales strategy, implementing trade marketing activities, summarizing outcomes, and recommending adjustments to the strategy for optimal results.
- Enhancing brand awareness and fostering a positive corporate image in the market;
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar position in the beauty industry;
- Proven track record of collaboration with retail chains and drugstores;
- Knowledge of the natural cosmetics market,
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to prioritize and focus on achieving set sales goals;
- Proven excellence in interpersonal and negotiation abilities, demonstrating the capacity to establish and maintain professional relationships.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills;
