When you join Marsh as a Vice President (VP), you are joining an organization that will challenge you and invest in your professional development. As an VP in the Asia Affinity Consumer Regional Office you will work with the regional management and our local practices to help Sharing Economy platforms and ecosystems across Asia develop and implement strategies to help our clients mitigate risk, grow their business and unlock new revenue streams. Within the Consumer segment Marsh develops solutions for our clients' customer base through the creation of products and services to enhance customer retention and drive value. You will also connect with many industry and subject matter experts across the world within the Marsh & McLennan organization to maximize the potential for our clients as well as your own development.

What You'll Do

  • Report directly to the Regional Sales & Sharing Economy Leader for Asia
  • Manage the global partnership roll out and dialogue with the client and key stakeholders across Asia, Europe and the US
  • Display an interest in building relationships with platforms and ecosystems in the Sharing Economy and Mobility sector
  • Development of regional consulting methodology to service clients across various industries in Asia focusing specifically on Sharing Economy sector and Affinity business in general.
  • Self-starter, motivated to drive revenue and optimise opportunities.
  • Support countries across the region in delivery of client needs, core deliverables and program execution
  • Lead country and global calls in respect to key client developments, activity, initiatives and revenue
  • Oversee all key partnership client reporting, monthly reporting consolidation (including one-off reports) and analytics support.
  • Support all client acquisition and retention development from program management, analytics, reporting and business metric modelling perspective.
  • Prepare content for client stewardship and quarterly business review meetings to show program performance and project development.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of interacting with clients and senior stakeholder management.
  • At least years of management experience working in Client and Account Management, Business Development roles. Insurance and regional related experience a plus.
  • Exceptional numerical, analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong appetite to own client relationships, in addition to hunting and driving new business.
  • Strategic thinker with strong communication and presenting skills - both verbally and in writing – in English.
  • Proven record of leadership and managing top tier clients and regional partnership roll outs.
  • Ability to take ownership, prioritize work and meet deadlines with can-do attitude.
  • Detail orientated and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel.
