Assist the Head of Sales on implementation and execution of the business plans and initiativesDevelop new business ideas and lead the continuous development of Brokerage channel sales platformSales management with subordinates and review the business performance of mapped accounts regularly in accordance to sales KPIsStrengthen and maintain a good relationship to drive and implement the new initiativesIdentify the needs and demands of respective partners to unleash business potential and penetrate the business shareIdentify / Evaluate the new business opportunities with potential partnersProvide all levels of support to key partners to capture the business opportunitiesPenetrate the TRs and facilitate them to deliver of quality, compliant and consistency businessProvide on-the-job coaching for subordinates and support them to handle day-to-day partners related issues to ensure our high level of services standard skills & experiences required University / College graduate plus at least 4 years relevant experience and 2 years of managerial experience preferredGood insurance and investment product knowledgeGood written and spoken English and Chinese / MandarinWorking knowledge of MS office applications To apply online, please click on the link.
