Roll out sales development initiatives and underlying strategies from concept to execution including to market research, market development, market positioning, sales management and distribution channels communications Analyze key competitor's product and campaign promotion activities to support new business development and business planning. Design scripts/ sales pitch for distributor communication by applying marketing analysis to highlight company's strength Liaise with various internal stakeholders to drive product, marketing campaigns and business planning Manage the progress of deliverables of the team to ensure timely and quality delivery Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager to meet business requirement Act as one of centre of excellence to support different distribution channel marketing and business development
Your Profile
Degree holder with 6 years or above of relevant experience Good command of both written & spoken English & Chinese Ability to work independently on assigned projects Ability to adapt to change and work in a changing environment Insurance Sales / Training experience will be highly preferred Good understanding of HK and MCV insurance market and good knowledge of life insurance products Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
