Job Summary

This position reports to the Head of GT and is expected to independently handle assigned accounts including activities planning, execution, monitoring and reporting of results, ensure sales targets are met utilizing assigned funding.

Job Responsibilities

Work closely with Field Sales & Merchandising team to ensure execution and delivery Lead, manage, coach and motivate the sales team & Distributor to meet sales target and KPI target Develop business growth strategy for Local Catering market and Export market, including but not limited to Macau & China, to drive category growth and maximize business revenue Build and maintain strong relationship with key customers & distributors Continuously drive to improve physical availability and conversion through understanding and responding to the needs of customers

Skills and Experience

Associate Degree / Higher Diploma above  Experience in customer development & distributor management Individual contributor with minimal supervision, result-driven with good communications skills Strong connection within various sales channels, esp. open trade and retail chains Good command of both English & Chinese
