The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Key Account Manager based in Hong Kong to join our team, who is passionate about delivering the best product and service to our clients.
Reporting to the General Manager APAC, you will play a pivotal role in supporting sales growth and building strong client relationships in the APAC market. Your primary areas of focus will be to represent the voice of our clients and ensure a successful partnership while also identifying and pursuing opportunities for business development and revenue growth.
What your day-to-day will look like
- As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for our clients, representing their voice internally and ensuring the timely achievement of all deliverables.
- You will also support the General Manager APAC in prospecting and pursuing opportunities for revenue growth as well as helping to develop and manage the sales funnel.
- Proactively collaborate with Product, Operations, and other departments as required to fulfill client requests and initial product deployment to serve as the line of communication between customers and internal teams.
- Lead quarterly Strategic Steering Committees with each customer to review the status of main topics in-depth in partnership with other internal departments as necessary.
- Coordinate the process of responding to Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI) by collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product & Operations) to gather relevant information for the region’s opportunities
- Oversee projects, resolve issues with stakeholders, and deliver monthly reports and presentations with meaningful insights drawn from KPIs to customers and partners
Requirements:
Technically
- Bachelor in Administration, Business Management, Economics, or relevant field
- +5 years of proven experience in a program or account management position and business development
- Previous experience in the aviation industry is highly desirable.
- This position involves a travel component within the APAC market and the possibility of attending trade fairs in the sector
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required. Cantonese and any additional languages are a plus.
