About the role:

Provide the best in class end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, acting as the primary point of contact throughout their onboarding journey.

Job Description

  • Coordinate with the different teams on employee contract management
  • Serve as the main contact for onboarding inquiries, working closely with the HR Business Partner, HR Operations, Benefits, and Compensation teams as needed.
  • Initiate background checks and manage visa transfers when required.
  • Monitor candidates throughout the pre-hire process and provide weekly status updates to key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with various internal teams to ensure a smooth first-day onboarding experience.
  • Handle ad hoc projects and requests to support onboarding processes.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, with a strong academic track record.
  • at least 3 years of professional HR work experience; preferably within financial services
  • Ability to communuicate in English and Mandarin
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, combined with the patience and confidence to engage effectively with individuals at all levels
  • Able to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment
