Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Account Onboarding Specialist to join our team at DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited. As an Account Onboarding Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the client onboarding team with daily processing, including account opening and static data maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the client onboarding team with daily processing, including account opening and static data maintenance
  • Review client documents/instructions and update the information to the system as the maker
  • Verify the system data against client documents/instructions as the checker
  • Handle returned mail
  • Ensure account opening and client static maintenance are delivered within the SLA
  • Assist in audit, regulatory review, FATCA, and CRS reporting
  • Promptly respond to and provide solutions for enquiries from the front office/customer center/branch
  • Support UAT if needed

Requirements
  • University degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience within the Banking & Finance industry
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Good understanding of IT systems and operational banking processes
  • Ability to improve processes, coordinate multiple tasks, and strong teamwork
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
