Responsibilities

:Handling client inquiries about IBKR's security system via phone, tickets and chatProblem management with a focus on security protocols and practicesAssisting clients in the configuration and use of IBKR's two-factor authentication smartphone appIdentification and escalation of issues about the secure login of clients using IBKR's smartphone app

Qualification:

Previous experience in a client service role (fresh graduates able to demonstrate related skills will be considered)Experience with Windows and/or macOS and basic office applicationsExperience and knowledge of Android/iOS smartphone operating systemsFluency in Cantonese and English (knowing Mandarin is a plus)
