Responsibility

Develop and implement strategy for carrier partner collaboration to align with corporate strategy and business development needs;Establish cross-business partnerships with operators and facilitate negotiations with operators and formulate strategic deals.Leading the strategic partnership program to align with the company's development needs; including member management, event hosting, marketing material preparation.Global Sales management on carrier data business.A team playerOccasional traveling required

Requirements

University Degree in Business and Strategy or related disciplineAt least 5 years of work experience in Partnership/strategy position from telecommunication or related industryHands on Carrier Business experience and marketing experience is a plus.Self-motivated team player and able to work under pressureFluent in written and spoken English and Chinese is a MUST.
