Responsibilities

1) Building Offshore Segment Value Proposition and Customer Onboarding

Build segment value proposition targeting Greater China & international customers with offshore wealth management needs in Hong Kong Develop and implement new acquisition and segmentation strategies, and marketing plans to achieve business KPI, , product penetration and customer revenue Use data-driven approach to explore, identify and develop new acquisition channels Stay on top of compliance & regulatory requirements in particular cross border related sales and marketing, competition law, and fair value principle and take timely actions to mitigate relevant risk posing to the bank, where applicable

2) Driving Offshore Segment Portfolio Growth

Formulate customer engagement strategy to drive target portfolio growth and product cross-sell Design and execute customer-centric end-to-end engagement journeys to induce account activation and stickiness for newly onboarded customers Monitor program results and intake quality based on data driven approach, and take respective actions to refine strategy to achieve the assigned quality intake targets Plan, implement and review effective marketing plans, customer communication, and contextual hyper-personalized nudges Manage and scrutinize marketing expenses to ensure cost efficiency and well-planned budgeting

Accountabilities

Manage and leverage on Business Control Tower to generate actionable insights to drive the target business outcome Drive marketing campaigns for client acquisition and product cross-sell for the offshore segment Support both regional & country business reviews, metrics reporting and all dashboards Lead the execution of relevant external benchmarking studies and market research Work closely with internal stakeholders ranging from frontline, product, digital, marketing to legal, compliance, operations, etc.

Requirements

Degree holder with proven track record of business management, customer acquisition and lifecycle management, and monitoring key metrics to drive business outcomes. Preferably in Affluent/Emerging Affluent Segment Management, and/or Product Marketing Can-do attitude, curious, self-motivated, result-driven and able to work under pressure with multiple and tight deadlines Highly adaptable, self-starter, ability to deal with ambiguity, thrives in fast-moving and high-growth environments Strong data analytics capabilities and problem solving skills, with savvy business sense Excellent team player with strong communication and interpersonal skill Outspoken, with outstanding presentation skill and good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin is a plus) Establish effective relationship and ensure smooth communication with both internal and external stakeholders Ensure operations, workflows and processes are effective, in compliance with internal and external guidelines or regulations Coordinate with internal stakeholders including product, distribution, digital, legal & compliance and COO office, as well as overseas counterpart to build seamless sales and servicing model for target segments
